Mo’rilla, a 6.7% American IPA with a blend of Mosaic and Amarillo hops, was a highly drinkable, hazy and citrusy, hop bomb without being overly bitter that was my favorite pour from this fall’s SIPtemberfest. Largely consisting of IPAs, their offerings are all seriously tasty. And River Roost is continuing to create their beer following in Vermont.
